Each quarter, every hotel and resort conducts a Talent Development Review to help identify and review talent for internal and international promotions and transfers. Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts’ Executive Development Path is a step-by-step approach to grow identified talent, and the Mövenpick Business Academy is the umbrella under which we offer a wide range of corporate Learning & Development programs. Programs included in the Mövenpick Business Academy include fundamentals of management, leadership development, sales, marketing, revenue management and financial management.
