How to book online

Choose your hotel from the list
Enter the arrival date, departure date and number of guests.
Please choose how many rooms you would like to book. This is important if you would like to book more than 1 room.
If you have a group-, company- or promotioncode please enter it in the field “webcode”. The applicable discounts will be displayedautomatically.
Click on “check availability“ and review the displayed available offers.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, you may change the entries in the quickbook tool.
Click on the availability calendar above the list of offers to open it. It displays the availability of your chosen entries. To change the number of rooms or persons, please use the drop-down menus. To change the period of your stay, please Click on the preferred arrival and departure dates. Confirm your choice by clicking on “refresh” and the list of offers will change accordingly.
Once you take your decsision for one of the offers, please click on “choose“ to finalize the 1st Step of your booking.

You may change your choice at any time by clicking on “change”.
Depending on the room category you chose in the 1st step we might offer you an upgrade to better rooms/higher room categories. This will be displayed with “upgrade teasers”
If you would like to accept an upgrade offer, just click on the appropriate teaser. The upgrade will be automatically added to your prior choice of rooms.
By clicking “prior choice” you are guided back to your original choice.
If you are satisfied with the offer, the second step of your booking is completed.

Please enter your personal data in step 3. It is possible to change all entries/choices here.

Before you finalize your booking, you may review all entered details in step 4. It is still possible to change all entries/choices here. By clicking on “book now” your booking is processed

Step 5 is the booking confirmation and –code.
The booking code is needed, together with you Email address, to cancel the booking at a later stage, provided the cancellation policy allows it.
You may print your confirmation – it will also be Emailed to you.
