1. Can I make an early booking in person at a hotel or travel agency?
Yes, early bookings can be made directly at the hotel, on the website, through a travel agency and on third party websites.

2. What happens if my travel plans change and I wish to cancel my reservation?
An early booking reservation cannot be changed or cancelled once booked.

3. When will the accommodation costs be charged to my credit card?
Your accommodation costs will be debited to your credit card at time of booking. At selected hotels the accommodation cost will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. Please view these details in the hotel's rate description. Additional services, such as restaurant meals, are charged upon check-out.

4. Are early booking offers available in all Mövenpick Hotels worldwide?
No. Apart from this, this rate is subject to availability and may vary depending on your arrival date and length of stay.
