Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts offers advance payment rates, which can only be booked online at www.moevenpick-hotels.com. This service is subject to availability and may vary depending on the arrival date, length of stay and destination.
This service is subject to the following booking restrictions:
- Once the booking is complete, the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided. This advance payment is non-refundable.
- The reservation cannot be cancelled.
- Subsequent changes to the reservation are not permitted.
- Failure to appear on the arrival date will result in the loss of the advance payment in full.
- If the credit card is invalid or refused when the advance payment amount is charged, the reservation will be cancelled without the guest’s prior notice.
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts will process all guest requests within 24 hours following receipt from Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm CET.
