Welcome to the conference centre of the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport & Messe. All our 16 conference rooms offer a perfect setting for every type of event and are equipped with state of the art technology. We offer you a special package for your meetings and seminars on Weekends:

Weekend & meeting package:

• A spacious conference room according to the number of delegates
• Unlimited mineral water inside the conference room
• Two coffee breaks with a changing offer of snacks (sweet and hearty)
• Midday lunch buffet (or stand up buffet), including unlimited mineral water and apple juice
• Beamer, screen and flip chart
• Furthermore, a welcome coffee/tea upon arrival is included for your guests.

Price: EUR 62 instead of EUR 65 per delegate

Terms and conditions: 

• Rate is applicable for events on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday
• This package is available for groups of 11 persons or more
• The offer is only vaild for new bookings
• This special offer cannot be combined with other discounts and/or special offers and does not qualify for airline miles
