Accessible via the grand staircase at the lobby and located on the first floor,  the Grand Ballroom is our largest banquet room with 338 sqm. It is able to host 460 persons for cocktails. This meeting room is ideal for weddings and parties, air-conditioned and equipped with a cloakroom and foyer-area for your pre-event cocktail enjoyment.

Accessible via the grand staircase at the lobby, our Ballroom 1 is located on the first floor with 142 sqm and a capacity for up to to 160 persons.

This meeting room can be combined with Ballroom 2 for meetings of up to 240 persons.

Accessible via the grand staircase at the lobby, our Ballroom 2 or 3 is located on the first floor with 98 sqm and a capacity for up to to 84 persons.

Ballroom 2 room can be combined with Ballroom 1 for meetings of up to 240 persons, or with Ballroom 3 for meetings of up to 168 persons.

Located on the first floor, our Meeting room 1 is air-conditioned and is easily accessible from the Executive Club Lounge, Lotus Court (Chinese Restaurant) and both the staircase and the guest elevators.

Located on the first floor, our Meeting room 2 is air-conditioned and is easily accessible from the Executive Club Lounge, Lotus Court (Chinese Restaurant) and both the staircase and the guest elevators.

Located on the first floor, our Boardroom 1 is air-conditioned and found adjacent to the Business Centre. It is easily accessible from the Executive Club Lounge, Lotus Court (Chinese Restaurant) and both the staircase and the guest elevators.

Located on the seventh floor, the Boardroom 2 is air-conditioned and a perfect place for many types of meetings. Company executive meetings, training programmes and small conferences are ideally held here in the fully equipped room with the latest technology. 

It is 16 sqm large and can cater for up to 12 people in a boardroom style.

Our Boardroom 3 is located on seventh floor and can cater for up to 14 people. Its condensed size makes it the ideal place for small company executive meetings.
