If you are planning a meeting, you pay the rooms - we take care of the rest. We offer you a full meeting package including the venue as well as lunch and coffee breaks. To benefit from this offer, send us your dates and room information via our Meeting Planner tool, and we offer you the complete meeting package, free. For larger events we offer you a free site inspection, too.

The daily package of the Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida'a Kuwait includes

• Lunch buffet 
• 2 coffee breaks per day with coffee, tea and pastries 
• 2 soft drinks during the meeting 
• Meeting room hire of appropriate size 
• Standard technical equipment

At least 1 overnight stay must be included and a complimentary sight inspection for larger events may be arranged.
