The Tareq Rajab Museum

Located in Hawally, the Tareq Rajab Museum was opened to the public in 1980. It houses an extensive collection of Islamic art and artefacts, ranging from pottery to arms and armour and musical instruments.

National Museum

The National Museum exhibits various aspects of Kuwaiti culture, life and heritage. It displays much of the country’s antiquities as well as exhibits of contemporary art, a huge library and a sophisticated planetarium, maps and manuscripts.

Sadu House

it is the centre of Bedouin art where visitors have the opportunity to view Bedouin women hand weaving carpets, rugs, camel bags and tent screens. This "House of Weaving" is located near the National Museum and is a fine example of a pre-oil era house.
