If you are planning a meeting, you pay for the rooms - we take care of the rest. We offer a full meeting package including the venue as well as lunch and coffee breaks. To benefit from this offer, send us your dates and estimated room reservations via our Meeting Planner tool, and we offer you the complete meeting package, free. For larger events we offer you a free site inspection.
The daily package of the Mövenpick Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel includes:
- Lunch buffet
- Two coffee breaks per day with coffee, tea and pastries
- Two soft drinks during the meeting
- Meeting room hire of appropriate size
- Standard technical equipment
- At least one overnight stay must be included.
