The ruby rate

• Use of main meeting room from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Morning and afternoon coffee and tea with cookies
• Sandwich lunch including soup and a warm snack

The emerald rate

• Use of main meeting room from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
• Standard AV equipment (flipchart, beamer, screen) in main meeting room
• Extensive Mövenpick coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon
• Silk Road lunch buffet including coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water

EUR 82.50 per person


The diamond rate

• 24 hours use of main meeting room
• Standard AV equipment (flipchart, beamer, screen) in main meeting room
• Welcome coffee and tea with croissants or Danish
• Extensive Mövenpick coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon
• Assortment of soft drinks during the day
• Silk Road lunch buffet including coffee, tea, orange juice and mineral water
