The Wellness Centre is equipped with the latest exercise technology with heart rate control including programmable treadmills, cross training machines and recumbent training bikes, along with an extensive selection of free weights to ensure you get the best and most through workout available. The fitness centre's expert trainers will work with you to design an individual program that meets your fitness goals and maximizes your body's potential.

Fitness Centre is open from 6.30 am to 11.00 pm. Outside these hours our guests may use their room key cards to enter the fitness centre and locker rooms.
