Contemporary Swissness is the essence of "le chalet", the successor of the venerable Appenzeller Stube. Individual service and a personal touch is our focus and our chefs work consistently using the best of sustainable Swiss produce. Wherever possible, we source our food from local and regional suppliers and choose products that meet our quality standards. Swiss specialities

Our new décor is designed to enhance that comfortable cozy chalet ambiance. We have used predominantly Swiss materials including a modern fireplace made from Onsernone granite from the Tessin region as well as slate chargers handmade in Switzerland.

Our chef Paul O'Hara, maitre Volker Beck and their teams will imbue your dining experience with their passion for wonderful food, excellent wine and personalised service.
