Five modern and renovate meeting rooms between 35 and 80 square metres provide a professional environment. Two of the banquet rooms can be combined to create a room with a total size of 150 square metres.  We can arrange events for up to 120 persons. All meeting rooms have air conditioning and natural daylight. Three rooms are located on the first floor. Two additional exclusive boardrooms are located on the fourth and fifth floors.

May we organize a culinaric break during your meeting to make it even more enjoyable? Our banquet foyer is the perfect location for that.

Enjoy coffee breaks in the morning or afternoon with coffee, tea, fresh fruits, a selection of delicious snacks and pastries from our patisserie. Do you prefer a snack? Our Mövenpick Meetings & Events Team would be pleased to arrange a snack buffet for you.

Green meetings

As Green Globe certified hotel, it is part of our standards to handle our resources with care, use efficient energy concepts, provide you with sustainable stationary, for example biodegradable pens,  and reduce the production of waste throughout your event. During your coffee breaks and meals, you will be offered dishes prepared with seasonal and regional products while savoring Mövenpick Fair Trade coffee.

Central aspects are also the support of the local community and social responsibility with a special focus on education.

Support with us a local association for young homeless persons- "Raum 58" each time you order our local "Ruhr" menu.  We are also conscious about our impact on the environment :  should we not be able to avoid a necessary business trip, we will compensate it with Atmosfair. For your business trips, take advantage of our partnership with the German Rail organisation "Deutsche Bahn".
