"Le Camaron", named after the pond farming set up in sugar cane plantation from the early 17th century, serves light dishes, fresh fish and seafood on the beach. For dinner, the Chef from time to time organises spectacular beach barbecues in a relaxing atmosphere.
Our main Bar, "The Flangourin" offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere being located beside the main pool with a view on the lagoon. The guests can enjoy freshly squeezed fruit drinks and exotic cocktails. In the evening, guests might enjoy live entertainment, savouring the perfect end to a lovely day.
"La Grand Caze", the plantation owner's house in Creole, has given its name to the gourmet restaurant which is situated in an elegant colonial house. Innovative food made with the finest local ingredients associated with all the flavours of Mauritius, offers a unique dining experience.

In the main restaurant, Le Moulin, which looks like an old sugar mill, guests can enjoy a sumptuous Breakfast Buffet where a large choice of tropical fruits is combined with warm dishes including delicious fresh homemade waffles and pancakes. In the evening, the atmosphere is transformed into something more intimate, with alternate buffets and table d’hôtes.
